Cotton Cheese Cake

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim..

Assalamualaikum..


Who love eating cheese cake, raise your hand pleaseee...Hehheehhee.. I love too. But not all cheese cakes I like to eat because some of them are too tasty (hehehe). The taste of the cheese is so heavy that can make me feel "muak". There's one cheese cake I love to eat and it also very healty (I think so) as it mixed with few types of hi-fibre grains, seeds and nuts. It really taste good. Who wants to try, you can get from Secret Recipe. Hahaahahahaa..

But, this cheese cake that i baked last week is different. This is not normal cheese cake (or american cheese cake), this is cotton cheese cake (if i not mistaken). The texture is more to sponge cakes, very soft and tender. It is perfect for those who can't stand the strong smell and taste of cheese (like myself). And the best thing is I was not using cream cheese in this cake but only few slices of slice cheese (any brand will do - I used s-c-s slice cheese).

This is my first attempt but alhamdulillah it turned OK and I got positive comments from Ayah's officemates (I tapau few cuts of the cake for Ayah to bring to his office). Ayong, Najwa & Muhammad also like the cake very much. OK I'm Satisfied!
